aforesaid and thereupon the Same Patrick prays Further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and
he hath it and the Same day is given unto the afd John here also &c 

       Att which said next Court to witt the twenty first day of August November anno Dom One thousand Seven Hundred
and thirty two Came againe as well the aforesaid John Tunstall as the aforesaid Patrick Connelly by their attorneys
aforesaid and thereupon the same Patrick Connelly prays Further Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court
and he hath it and the same day is given to the afd John here also &c

                Att which said next Court to witt the Twentieth day of March anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and
thirty two Came againe as well the afd John Tunstall as the afd Patrick Connelly by their attorneys aforesaid
and thereupon his Lordship the Right honrble the Lord Proprietary his Certain Writt of Habeas
Corpus unto the Justices of his County Court of Somerset afd now here Sendeth which said writt followeth
in these words viz.t   Maryland ss  Charles absolute Lord and Proprietary of the Provinces of Maryland
and avalon Lord Baron ^of^ Baltemore &c  To the Justices and sheriffe of Somerset County ^Court^ Greeting Whereas
a certain Patrick Connelly of the Same County is detained in the prison of our said County under the
Custody of ^you^ Our Said sheriffe at the Suit of a Certain John Tunstall assignee of Hugh Porter in a plea of
debt which said plea as it is said still depends before you our said Justices undetermined and
we being willing for divers Causes that the plea aforesaid ^undetermined as afd^ should be heard and determined before
the Justices of Our Prov.ll Court   Therefore we Command you that you have the body of the said
Patrick Connelly by whatsoever name he be Called in the plea afd together with the day and Cause
of his Caption and detainer and all things thereunto Relateing before the Justices of Our Provinciall
Court to be held at annapolis the third tuesday of may next that Our Justices of Our ^said^ provinciall
Court may further proceed therein as to Justice appertaines &c hereof fail not at your perill and
have you then and there this writt Wittness Levin Gale Esqr Chief Justice of Our Prov.ll Court the twenty
fourth day of Octo.r in the Eighteenth Year of our dominion &c annoq Dom one thousand seven hundred
& thirty two &c
                                                             which being Read and heard it is ordered by the Court
here that a full transcript of the proceedings in the plea afd be made and Sent according
to the tenour and Command of the writt afd &c

Command was given to the sheriffe of Somerset County that he should take
Thomas Fletcher Late of Somerset County Clerk Otherwise called the Reverend
Thomas Fletcher of the Same place Gent if he Should be found in his bailywick
and him ^should^ safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his
       Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of March then next to
       answer unto John Tunstall assignee of Hugh Porter according to the form of the act of assembly in Such
       Case provided of a plea that he Render unto him Sixty pounds Sterling which to him he oweth
