the said John Finch in his proper person and the Sher of Somerset County to
whome the foregoing writt was Directed Likewise Comes and makes Returne
thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words following Vizt

By Vertue of the within Writt to me Directed to the Justices of Somerset County
Court within Mentioned I Certifie that ^on^ the thirteenth Day of March one
thousand Seven hundred and thirty two ^I^ Did Attach ^as^ the goods and Chattells
of the Within Names John Goldsmith to the Value of Eight pounds Nineteen
Shillings and five pence for the Use of M.r John Finch as will appear
by a schedull now Returned and Appraised by good and Lawfull men of
my Bailywick and appeares and so forth so answere   Joshua Caldwell sher
An Act of goods Attach.d By M.r John Finch

Belong to John Goldsmith as followeth

To one pare of hand mill Stones and Iron Works
To one Iron Pott and Kettle
To one Large old Chest
To one Round Shave and one Small Oger
To two Raw Dear Skins
To tenn pounds of Old Iron @ 3d P Pound
To one bed and bolster and feathers the Cover
not Tick but Course Leming weight 33½ll
To one old plow and five harrow teath
To one old featherbed and bolster the Cover not
Tick but Course Linning Weight 50ll @
To Six old Chears broken bottom'd
To one Pad Lock and two old Ruggs
To Six Bushells of Damnefied Corne @ 14d P

    Whereupon the aforesaid John Finch prays that upon Giving Security according to act of
Assembly in Such Case made and provided the afd Goods and Chattells as above Valued may be
Condemned towards Satisfying unto him his damages and Costs accrewing by means of the attachment
aforesaid      Thereupon William Stoughton of Somerset County Gent Present here in Court in his
proper person undertakes for the said John Finch that in Case the Said John Goldsmith do at any
time within a year and a day appear and make all or any part of the said John Finchs Claime
against him appear to be undue or Satisfie before the Laying of this attachment that then the
