1732 287 the said John Finch in his proper person and the Sher of Somerset County to whome the foregoing writt was Directed Likewise Comes and makes Returne thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words following Vizt By Vertue of the within Writt to me Directed to the Justices of Somerset County Court within Mentioned I Certifie that ^on^ the thirteenth Day of March one thousand Seven hundred and thirty two ^I^ Did Attach ^as^ the goods and Chattells of the Within Names John Goldsmith to the Value of Eight pounds Nineteen Shillings and five pence for the Use of M.r John Finch as will appear by a schedull now Returned and Appraised by good and Lawfull men of my Bailywick and appeares and so forth so answere Joshua Caldwell sher An Act of goods Attach.d By M.r John Finch
Whereupon the aforesaid John Finch prays that upon Giving Security according to act of Assembly in Such Case made and provided the afd Goods and Chattells as above Valued may be Condemned towards Satisfying unto him his damages and Costs accrewing by means of the attachment aforesaid Thereupon William Stoughton of Somerset County Gent Present here in Court in his proper person undertakes for the said John Finch that in Case the Said John Goldsmith do at any time within a year and a day appear and make all or any part of the said John Finchs Claime against him appear to be undue or Satisfie before the Laying of this attachment that then the said |
