To M.r Thomas Hayward Clk of Somerset County for as much as John Finch
with mentioned have proved the within Account and that John Goldsmith is
Run away and the with about to Remove his Effects to Defraud his Credittors
You are hereby Required to Issue Attachment against the Effects of Said Gouldmith
for the with Debt According to the forme of the act of Assembly in that
Case made and provided and for so doing this Shall be a Warrent Given under
my hand and Seal this 21.st Janry 1732

                Pursuant to an act of assembly of this Province now in force and by Vertue of the above said
Warrent was Issued the following attachment against the Goods Chattells Rights or Creditts of the afd John Goldsmith

    Somerset ss  Charles absolute Lord and Proprietary of the provinces of Maryland and avalon Lord Baron
of Baltemore &c   To the sher of Somerset County Greeting we Command you that you attach any the Goods Chattells
Rights or Creditts ^of Jno Goldsmith late^ of Somerset County planter if they Shall be found in your Bailywick to the Value of
Eight pounds fifteen Shillings and a halfe penny Current Money and five hundred
pounds of tobacco and When you have the Same Attached or any part thereof the Same
in your Custody Safe keep so that you have the Same before our Justices of our County
Court of Somerset to be held at Dividing Creek the the third tuesday of March Next
then and there to be Condemned According to act of Assembly to and for the Use of a Certain
John Finch unless the said John Goldsmith by himselfe or his Attorney Shall
appear and Answere unto the said John Finch in a plea of trespass upon the Case &c
According to Law and that by good and Lawfull men of your bailywick you make
known unto the person or persons in Whose hands you make the Same Attachmt
that he she or they be and appear before our Justices of our County Court to be held
as aforesd to shew Cause if any he she or they have why the same good Chattells
Rights or Creditts so Attached in his her or their hands ought not to be Condemned
and Execution thereof had and made According to act of Assembly in Such Case
made and provided) if to him her or them it Shall seem meet and how you
shall Execute this writt that you make known unto our said Justices at the
Day and Place aforesd and have you then and there this Writt Wittness Robert
King Gent Chief Justices of our said Court the twenty Eight Day of Novemb.r
in the Eighteenth year of our Dominion &c Ann Dom One thousand Seven
hundred and thirty two      Att which said third tuesday of March to witt the
twentyeth Day of the Same month Ann Dom one thousand Seven
hundred and thirty two being the Day of the Returne of the said Writt Cometh
