Each on behalfe of his Lordship against the said Seward Long they having made oath to the same &c

    Ordered by the Court here that Henry Tomlinson pay unto William Fordred, Catherine Mallison, W.m Tull
Nathaniel Roach and John Turpin son of William Turpin Sixty pounds of tobacco Each for their attendance
two days Each as Evidences on behalfe of his Said Lordship against the said Henry Tomlinson
they having made Oath to the same &c

Ordered by the Court that Charles Curtis pay unto William Fordred, Catherine Mallison, Wm Tull
Nathaniel Roach and John Turpin son of William Turpin sixty pounds of tobacco Each for
their attendance two days Each as Evidences on behalfe of the said Lordship against the said
Charles Curtis they having made Oath to the same &c

Ordered by the Court that Benjamin Hopkins pay unto William Fordred, Catherine Mallison W.m
Tull Nathaniel Roach and John Turpin son of William Turpin sixty pounds of tobacco Each for
their attendance two days Each as Evidences on behalfe of his Lordship against the said Benj.a
Hopkins they having made Oath to the same &c


       March the 13.th 1732

                                                        Received of Mr John Handy Eleven pounds Sixteen shillings
and nine pence Currant Money of this Province in the following Corpus viz.t a double Loon a double
Pistoll two Pistolls and halfe a French P.s of Gold the Rest in Silver which I hereby promise to
London (the damage of the Seas Excepted) and Lay out for books as P memorand.m Reg.d and further
it it agreed that what money I shall advance more then the above for purchase of Said ^books^ that on delivery
of Said Books I am to be allowed One hundred PC.t in Cash or to have tobacco at one halfe penny
Sterling p pound in wittness to which I have Set my hand the date above            Henry Lowes
