to give Security for the payment of the Severall Officers fees due by Occasion of the premisses aforesaid there
a Certain Jacob Cordery of Somerset County planter present here in Court in his proper person Undertakes for the said
Hannah Bartley to pay the Severall Officers ^fees^ due as aforesaid &c


Jacob Cordery appears according to his Recognizance to give Evidence against Hannah Bartley and is discharged
therefrom &c
                                        Ann Cordery appears according to her Recognizance and is discharged therefrom
Joanna Johnson appears according to her Recognizance to give Evidence against Hannah Bartley and is discharged
therefrom &c
                                              Thomas Hall appears according to his Recognizance to prosecute Hannah Bartley
and is discharged therefrom &c

                                      The Jurors for the Right Honrble the Lord Proprietary
that now is &c for the body of Somerset County upon their oath Doe
present that Seward Long Late of Somerset County Planter the
thirteenth Day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred
and thirty two with force and Armes &c at the County of Somerset aforesd and Within
the Jur of this Court in and upon a Certain Kathrine mallison in the Peace
of God and the aforesaid Lord Prop.ry then and there being an assault did make
and her then and there beat Wounded and Evilly Intreated so that of her LIfe it
was Greatly Despaired and other Enormitys to her then and there did to the grevious
Damages Damage of her the said Kathrine and against the Peace of the Right
Honrble the Lord Prop.ry &c          Rob.t Jenkins Henry P Dom Pro

Turpin Benj Hopkins, Henry Tomlinson, Charles Curtis

On the backside of the foregoing Bill of Indictment it was thus Endorsed Vizt
Ignoramus John Donelson foreman                  Whereupon the aforesd Sowerd
Long appears      According to his Recognizance for his good behaviour and
appearance to answere &c  And thereupon the said Soward Long and his Security
are Discharged and upon this the said Seward Long is ordered to Give Security for the Severall
Officers their Fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd   thereupon a Certain Samuel Long of Somerset County
planter present here in Court undertakes for the Said Seward Long to pay the Severall OFficers Fees due as afd &c

for the body of Somerset County upon their Oath do present that Thomas Handy late
of Somerset County planter the twentiyth fifth day December in the Year of Our Lord
one thousand Seven hundred and thirty two with force and Armes &c in the County of
Somerset aforesd within the Jurisdiction of this Court in and Upon a Certain
