Stand Justly Indebted unto the aforesaid Richard Magraw in fifty pounds Sterling good and Lawfull
money of England of ^their^ the bodys goods and Chattells Lands and tenements Joyntly and Severally to be made
and Levied to the Use of the said Richard Magraw his heirs or assignes  If it happen that the afd
^Henry Ballard^ do not Comply with the Law in relation to the Guardianship aforesaid and do not deliver up
unto the Said Richard Magraw his heirs or assignes all his Estate both reall and personall that he
shall have in his hands or possession peaceably and quietly when ever the Same shall be Legally
Required &c

Sarah Smith
We of the Grand Inquest for the body of Somerset County do present that
Sarah Smith daughter of John Smith Living in Baltemore hundred in allhallows
parish on the Indian River for bearing a bastard Child in february
Last past or their abouts   Jno Collins Constable Informer   Charles Rackliffe Foreman

               Thereupon Command was given to the sher of Somerset County that he should take
    the said Sarah Smith if &c to answer &c and afterwards to witt this twentyeth day of
March Anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty two Came here into Court the Said Sarah
Smith in her proper person before the Justices of the Same Court and had a hearing of the presentmt
aforesaid and being Instantly demanded how she would acquitt her selfe of the premisses afd
Says that of the premisses aforesaid she is Gilty thereof and makes Oath that a Certain Benj.a
Blizard is the begetter of the Child she stands presented for and ins willing to pay her fine for
the fact aforesaid &c    Whereupon all and Singular the premisses by the Court here seen
heard and fully understood    Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the aforesaid
Sarah Smith pay to his Lordship the Right honrble the Lord proprietary (toward the defraying
of the County Charge) for her fine by the Court here upon her Imposed by Occasion of the
premisses aforesaid whereof in form afd she is Convict thirty Shillings Currant money and
that the aforesaid Sarah Smith be taken to Satisfie his said Lordship of the fine afd
whereupon ye said Sarah Smith is ordered to Give Security for the payment of the Severall
Officers Fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd thereupon a Certain Charles Townsend of ye
County afd planter present here in Court undertakes for the said Sarah Smith for to pay the
Severall Officers Fees due as afd &c

We of the Grand Jury for the body ^of Somerset County^ on their Oath do present Elizabeth prise

of All hollows parish spinster for bearing of a bastard Child on or
                         about the twentieth of September Last Contrary to act of assembly David Polke
                                                                                                                   foreman            thereupon
