    Walter Breminger Brings into Court his Servant Woman Named Jane Andrews and prays that the said
Jane Andrews may be adjudged to Serve him for five days Runaway time during her Servitude with him and Likewise
prays that she may be adjudged to Serve him for two hundred pounds of tobacco paid for taking up of
the said Jane Andrews when runaway as aforesaid   Whereupon the said Jane Andrews is adjudged by
the Court here to serve ye Said Walter Breminger his heirs or assignes two days for every day she was runaway
as afd which amounts in the whole to ten days   Likewise the Said Jane Andrews is adjudged by the
Court to Serve the said Walter Breminger for the afd two hundred pounds of tobacco paid as aforesaid when
Runaway three months which said ten days and three months service afd adjudged by the Court ^to be full satisfaction for the runaway time & tobo pd as afd &^ to Commence
at the Expiration of her already Indented or Contracted Servitude &c

          To the Worshipfull the Justices of Somerset County now in Court sitting the petition
of Hugh Stephenson  Most Humbly Sheweth that your petitioner
is posses of two tracts of Land the name of the One Emmitts enlargment the
Other a part of a tract called Mulberry Conveniency Called and known by the Name of Castle Quarter
the bounds of which are somewhat decayed   Therefore your petitioner humbly prays your worships
will be pleased to appoint Com.rs to Examine evidences in relation to the bounds thereof and he
as in duty bound shall pray                                             Hugh Stevenson

       The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon
had   Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue unto the afd Hugh
Stevenson as by the petition aforesaid is praid and that James Martin Edmond Hough John
Scarbrough and Mathew Hopkins of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the
same Commission according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &c


    Ordered that the new road Lately Cleared by John Tull of dividing Creek (according to a former
order of Court) by his plantation be and remain as a County road for the future &c

Henry Ballard of Somerset County Gentleman is appointed by the Court as Guardian
unto a Certain Richard Magraw an Orphan under the age of Fourteen Years and it
is ordered by the same Court that the aforesaid Henry Ballard take into his Care and Custody
       all the Estate of the said Richard Magraw both Real and personall and Likewise the said Henry
Ballard is Further Ordered to give Security for to Comply ^with^ the Law in relation to the Guardianship
aforesaid &c       Thereupon the said Henry Ballard with Robert King of Somerset County Gent his
Security both present hereinto Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to Owe &
