of that same debt whereof he is Convict &c    att which said third tuesday of November to witt the twenty first
day of the Same month anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty two being the day of the return of the
same writt Came the said John Britt by Francis Allen his attorney and the Sher of Somerset County to whom the
foregoeing writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words
following vizt            Cepi Corpus P Joshua Caldwell sher

                The said John Magan being present here in Court in his proper person is at the prayer of the
aforesaid John Britt by his attorney aforesaid Committed into the Custody of the sher of Somerset County there to
remaine untill the Said John Britt of His debt and damages aforesaid Should be fully Satisfied the said
Sher to witt Joshua Caldwell Gent present here in Court took Charge of the said John Magan accordingly &c

    Command was given to the Coroners of Somerset County that they should take
Benjamin Holland if they Should be found in his bailywick and him should safe keep so
                               that he might have his body before His Lordships Justices of the County Court of Somerset
to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of November then Next to satisfie Joshua Caldwell of twelve hundred
and thirty nine pounds of tobacco which to the same Joshua by the Justices of his said Lordships County Court
of Somerset were adjudged for his Costs and Charges according to the form of the Statute in such Case made and provided
against parties plantiffs which their writts do not prosecute or in the same Should be precluded whereof
the same Benjamin is Convict &c    Att which said third tuesday of November to witt the twenty first day
of the same month Ann.o Dom One thousand seven hundred and thirty two Came the said Joshua Caldwell in his
proper person and the Coroners of somerset County to whom the foregoing writt was directed Likewise
Came and made return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words vizt   Cepi Corpus P Wm Lane Coron.r

                Whereupon the said Benjamin Holland present here in Court at the prayer of the aforesaid Joshua
Caldwell is Committed by the Court into the Custody of the Coroners aforesaid and there to remain untill the
afd Joshua Caldwell of the afd twelve hundred and thirty Nine pounds of tobacco afd should be fully
satisfied the said Coroner to witt William Lane Gent present here in Court took Charge of the said Benja
Holland accordingly &c

   Ordered by the Court that William Horsey pay unto Daniel Long Jun.r Sixty pounds of tobacco
being due unto him for his attendance two days as an Evidence on behalfe of the said William Horsey against
William Wye Jun.r he having made Oath to the Same &c

    Ordered by the Court that Tucker Loyde pay unto William Wharton and Joshua Tull One hundred and
twenty pounds of tobacco Each for their attendance four days Each as Evidences on behalfe of his Lordship
against the said Tucker Loyd they haveing made Oath to the Same &c
