    Francis Allen of Somerset County Gent present here in Court in his proper person undertakes for
the said William Jones according to act of assembly in that ^in^ Case the said George Martin do at any time
within a year and a day appear and make all or any part of the said William Jone's Claime against
him appear to be Satisfied or Otherwise to be undue before the Laying of this attachment that
then the said William Jones shall make restitution unto him the said George Martin of all
or such part thereof as Shall be made appear to be undue &c or that he ye said Francis Allen will
do it for him         Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd seven hundred pounds
of tobacco so as aforesaid attached be Condemned in the hands of the aforesaid William Jones as
of the rights and Creditts of the aforesaid George Martin for and towards satisfying unto the said W.m
Jones his damages and Costs as also all Costs accrewing upon the writt of attachment afd &c

 You John Magan and Richard Knight and Patrick Connelly do

confess Judgment to John Finch for the Sum of Five hundred and Fifty pounds of
pork and two hundred and Eighty Six pounds of tobacco which sum was Recovered
              by the said John Finch against the said John Magan on the 21.st day of March ann.o 1731
in Somerset County Court the said Sum of Five hundred and Fifty pounds of pork and two hundred
and Eighty Six pounds of tobacco to be Levied of your body goods or Chattells Lands or tenements
for the Use of the Said John Finch in Case the Said John Magan Shall not pay and satisfie to the
said John FInch the Said Sum of Five hundred and Fifty pounds of pork and two hundred and
fifty ^Eighty Six^ pounds of tobacco so as aforesaid recovered against him with the additionall Costs thereon on
the tenth day of February next   taken before us this 28.th day of 8ber 1732               Jno Scott

     You John Magan Richard Knight and Patrick Connelly do Confess Judgmt to
