and Last will in writing and thereby Constituted Rand.l Revell Late of Somerset County
Planter Executor of his testament aforesd and afterward there died after whose Death
the aforesd Randall Revell Execution of His Testement afd upon himselfe took and
the same Testement in Due manner proved as by the Insinuation of the aforesd
James in our Court before us we have Received and altho Judgment be thereof
Rendered Execution not with Standing of the Debt and Damages aforesd as
yet Remaineth to be made and Whereupon the same James hath Suplicated
us of a proper Remedy in that part to be provided and we in that part being
willing that Justice Should be done Command you that by honest and Lawfull
me of your bailywick you make known unto the aforesd Randall Revell
that he be and before us the third tuesday of Novemb.r Next to shew Cause if
anything for himselfe he hath or to say knoweth  Wherefore the aforesd James
Breeman his Execution of the Judgment aforesd of the goods and Chattells which
were of the aforesd Randall West at the time of his Death in the hands of the
Same Randall Revell Remaining to be administred to have ought not
according to the force forme and Effect of the Recovery aforesd if to him it Shall
Seem Expedient and have you then and there the Names of those by Whome
to him you make the same known and this Writt Wittness Robert King Gent
Chiefe Justices of our said Court the Nineteenth Day of August in the Eighteenth
Year of our Dominion &c    Ann Dom      one One thousand Seven hundred
and thirty two

                Att which said third Tuesday of November to witt the twenty first day of the same
month anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty two before his Lordships Justices of the County
Court of Somerset then held at dividing Creeks Came the aforesaid James Breman administrator as
aforesaid by his attorney aforesaid and the Sherriffe of Somerset County to witt Joshua Caldwell Gent
at the same day returned that he by vertue of the writt aforesaid to him directed he had made known
to the aforesaid Randall Revell executor as aforesaid by John do and richard Roe honest and Lawfull
men of his bailywick that he be before his said Lordships Justices at the same day and place aforesd
to shew &c as within to him it was commanded   And the aforesaid Randall Revell executor as afd
so forewarned and at the same day solemnly Called Cometh not but makes default &c

       Therefore it is considered that the aforesaid James Breman adm.r of the afd George Gibbs   
    have his execution against the aforesaid Randall Revell Executor as afd of the debt and damages
aforesaid according to the force form and Effect of the recover aforesaid to be Levied of the goods
and Chattells which were of the afd Randall West at the time of his death in the hands of the afd
Randall Revell Remaining to be administred if so much in his hands he hath &c
