     To the worshipfull Justices of Somerset County in court now Sitting the petition of John Huet Nutter humbly
Sheweth that your petitioner is possessed of a tract of Land Called Shiles Choice Lying in Stepney parish
       in Somerset County the bounds thereof depending on a tract of Land adjacent thereto Called Morrises Lott your petitioner
       humbly prays this worshipfull Court to Grant a Commission according to the act of assembly in that Case made and provided
       for to Examine evidences to prove and perpetuate the bounds of Shile's Choice and Morris's Lott aforesaid and Your
       petitioner as in duty bound Shall ever pray                                       John Huet Nutter

                      The petition aforesaid being read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon
       had &.c
                               Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid John Huet Nutter
       as by the Petition aforesaid is prayd and that John Gale, James Weatherly, Thomas Humphrys and Joseph
       Wailes of Somerset County Gentleman be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according to act of assembly in
       Such Case made and provided &c

                                         To the worshipfull the Justices of Said County now Sitting the humble
petition of William Allexander being possest of a tract of Land Called trouble in said County
       Containing two hundred and fifty Acres the bounds whereof are very ancient therefore prays Your worships will
    to Grant your petitioner his Lordships Commission to Impower four Commissioners to Examine Evidences in
    relation to the boundarys of Said Land and your petitioner as in duty bound shall pray

                         The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon
had      Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the afd William Alexander as
by the petition afd is praid and that Levin Gale, William Stoughton, John Caldwell and Thomas Gillis of Somerset
County Gent.m be Commissioners and Execute the SAme Commission according to act of Assembly in Such Case
made and provided &.c

          To the Worshipful Justices of Somerset County Court the Petition of Lewis Jones Humbly ^sheweth^
that your Petitioner is possessed of part of a tract of Land Lying in the County af.d Called Ellitts
Choice the boundarys whereof are Decayed and the Witnesses to prove them Ancient & Infirm
Your Petitioner therefore Humbly Prays your Worships Will be pleased to Issue Commissioners to Such persons
as your Worships shall think proper to Examine Witnesses to perpetuate the boundarys thereof According to the
forme of Our the act of Assembly in Such Case made & your Petition as in Duty bound Will Ever pray &.c

Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the af.d Lewis Jones as by the petition af.d is praid
and that W.m Stoughton, Thomas Dashiell, Robert Jones, John Elzey of Somerset County Gent.m be Commissioners
and Execute the Same Commission According to Act of Assembly in Such Case made and provided &.c

age of twenty One Years he being three years of age & the said Gorton to Serve the Said John
Colebourn the full term of time aforesaid    In consideration of which servitude the Said
                         John Colebourn undertakes for to Learn ye Said GEorge Horton to read well in the Salter and at the
       expiration of his Servitude give him a new Suit of Cloaths over and above his wearing apparell &c
