in fact of the said Andrew Thompson) for the Use of the Said Samuel Long
as of the Rights and Creditts of the Said Nathaniel Foche, James Peirce and
John Wood adm.rs as aforesd Which the Said Plef.t Doth not Gainsay

Whereupon the Said Samuel Long by his Attorney afd prays that upon
giveing Security According to Act of Assembly the aforesd Six pounds three
Shillings Ster and Six hundred pounds of Tobacco so as aforesd attached and
Confessed as of the Rights and Creditts of the afd Nathaniel Foche, James Peirce
and John Wood Administrators as afd may be Condemned in the hands of
the Said W.m Thompson (as attorney in fact of the aforesd Andrew Thompson)
toward Satifsying the Said Samuel Long his Damages afd and Costs accrewing
&c   Thereupon a Certain Thomas Williams of Somerset County Gent present herein
Court in his proper person and undertakes ^for the said^ Samuel Long according to Act of
Assembly that in Case the said Nathaniel Foche, James Peirce and John Wood
or Either of Them do at any time within a year and a day appear and Make
all or any part of the Said Samuel Longs Claime against them appear to
be Satisfied or otherwise to have been Undue before the Laying of this Attachment
that then the Said Samuel Long Shall make restitution unto them
the Said Nathaniel Foche, James Pearce and John Wood or to Either of them
of all or such part thereof as shall be made appear to be undue &c or that
he Said Thomas Wiliams will do it for him &c    Therefore it is Considered by the
Court here that the Said Six pounds three Shill.s Sterling and Six hundred
pounds of Tobacco so as aforesd Attached and Confessed be Condemned in the
hands of the Said W.m Thompson (as attorney in fact of the Said Andrew
Thompson) as of the Rights and Creditts of the Said Nathaniel Foche, James
Peirce and John Wood (administrators of the aforesd Hugh Arbuthnot Dec.d)
towards Satisfying the Said Sam.l Long Executors of the afd Jeffery Long
Dec.d his Damages and Costs aforesd and all Costs accrewing upon this Writt of
Attachment and that the said Samuel Long have thereof his Execution
according to act of assembly &c
