Upsher King dec.d in the full and Just Sum of Six hundred and fifty three pounds Seventeen Shilling and Six pence Current money to be paid unto the Said Arthur Planner Prisilla Jesse and Zerobable King their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes to the which payment well and truly to be Made and Done we bind our Selves ^our^ and Either of our heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these Presents Sealed with our seal and Dated this 22.d Day of Novemb.r Ann Dom 1732 The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Generall hath transmitted unto this Court the Accompt of the Astate of Upsher King Dece.d wherein it is found that there is Ballance Due to the above said orphans the Sum of three hundred and twenty Six pounds Eighteen Shillings and nine pence Current Money If therefore the abovesaid W.m Turpin Jun.r his heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs Shall and do well and truly Pay or Cause to be paid unto the above Named Arthur ^King^ Planner King, Priscillia King Jesse King and Zerobable King the afd Sum of three hundred and twenty Six pounds Eight^een^ Shillings and nine pence Current Money to be paid them According to the Dec.d will and the Act of Assembly in Such Case provided when they Shall arive at full age to Receive the Same then the above obligation to be Void and of none Effect otherwise to Stand and Remaine in full force and Vertue in Law &c W.m Turpin (seal) Signed Sealed and Delivered Tho.s Denwood (seal) In presents of Wm McClammey (seal) W.m Stoughton James Dashiell
