263 by a warrent or Suspicion of a felony Committed by him in the Colony of Vergenia and for as much as the Said Hugnall did make it appear to the ^satisfaction of the^ Court here that the Said Blackwell was Servant &c Thereupon the Said Blackwell is Committed by the Court into the Custody of the said Richard Hugnall and by him to be transported into the Colony of Vergenia thereto remain untill discharged by due Course of Law &c Owen Oday appears to his recognizance and is discharged by order of Court and Benjamin Cottman undertakes to pay the Fees John Oday appears according to the tenour of his recognizance and is discharged by order of Court Richard Mitchell undertakes to pay the fees &c Benjamin Cottman appears according to the tenour of his recognizance and is discharged therefrom &c Richard Mitchell appears according to the tenour of his recognizance and is discharged therefrom &c Edward Maglamory appears according to the tenour of his recognizance and is discharged therefrom &c Burnall Niblett appears according to the tenour of his recognizance and is discharged therefrom &c John Patrick appears according to the tenour of his recognizance and is discharged therefrom &c
Child and Stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court there and not depart the Court without Leave &c Thereupon the said John Patrick with William Powell of Somerset County marriner his security both present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to be Indebted unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling Each of their Goods and Chattells Lands and tenements severally to be made and Levied to the Use of his said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said John Patrick do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek in the Same County the third tuesday of March then next and do not then and there answer unto his Said Lordship of and Concerning his begetting of a bastard Child and do not stand and abide the Judgm.t of the of the Court thereupon and do not depart the Same Court without Leave then &c
If the said Henry Fitzwaters doe not make his appearance at March Cour next to be held at dividing Creek and is not in the meantime of the good behaviour &c to all &c then &c |
