Names Henderson Baker, Mary Baker and Benj.a Benston the afd ^sum of^ Sixty five pounds
and Seventeen Shilling Current Money to be paid them According to the Dec.d will and
the Act of Assembly in Such Case made provided when they Shall arive at full age to
Receive the Same then the above obligation to be Void and of none Effect otherwise
to Stand and Remaine in full force Power and Vertue in Law &c   Jam.s Baker   (seal)

Sam.l Parker and Samuel Powell both of
Somerset County in the provinces aforesd Planters am holden and firmly bound unto Charles
Parker orphan of John Parker Dec.d in the full and Just Sum of Seventeen pounds Eight
Shillings and three pence Current Money to be paid unto the Said Charles Parker his heirs
Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes to the which Payment well and truly to be made and Done we bind our
Selves and Either of our heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for the whole and the whole Joyntly and
Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seal and Dated this 24 Day of Nov.r
Ann Dom 1732
The Condition of the above obligation is such that whereas the Commissary Generall
hath transmitted unto this Court the Accompt of the Estate of John Parker Dec.d Wherein
it is found that there is Ballance due to the above said orphans the Sum of Eight pounds
fourteen Shillings and penny halfe penny if therefore the abovesaid Samuel Parker his
heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs Shall and do well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the above
Named Charles Parker the afd Sum of Eight pounds fourteen Shillings and penny
halfe penny Current Money to be paid them according to the Dec.d will and the act of
assembly in Such Case made provided where they Shall Arive at full age to receive
the Same then the ^above^ obligation to be Void and of none Effect otherwise to Stand and
