To the Worshipfull Court Now Setting Novemb.r 22.d Day Anno Dom 1732
The Petition of Hutton Hill Humbly Sheweth that your petitioners hath a Certain
tract or percell of Land Lying and Binding on a Certaine tract of Land
Belonging to M.r Philip Selby Called Bastable the Bounders of which are Somthing
thing precarious therefore humbly pray your Worships will appoint Commissioners
To Examine Evidences in Relation to the Bounds of the aforesd tract of Land Called
Bastable and Your Petitioner Shall as in Duty Bound Every Pray

The Petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully Understood and mature
Deliberation thereupon had Wherefore it is Considered that a Commission Issue to the
aforesd Hutton Hill as by the petition afd is praid and that James Martin, Will.m
Lane, Edmond Hough and Edward Round all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners
and Execute the Same Commission According to act of assembly in Such Case made
and provided &c


John Donelson
       petn
          The humble petition of John Donelson to the worshipfull Justices of Somerset
County Court          Your humble petitioner humbly prays that a Commission may be granted
to prove bounders of a tract of land Called new port Pannell and your petitioner as in duty bound
shall ever pray                                                                         J Donelson

                         The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood and mature
deliberation thereupon had wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that a Commission Issue to the
aforesaid John Donelson as by the petition aforesaid is praid and that James Rownd, Edward Rownd
William Simpson and John Newbold of Somerset County Gent.m be Commissioners and Execute the same
Commission according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &c


Daniel Hull
     petn
    To the worshipfull Court I petition desireing of their worships to appoint
men to Examine Evidences concerning the bounds of a Certain tract of Land
                Called Long Ridge which is the Humble petition of Daniel Hull

The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood and mature deliberation thereupon had
wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid Daniel Hull as by the
petition aforesaid is praid and that David Wilson, William Waters Jun.r John Waters and William Turpin
son of William all of Somerset County Gent be Commissioners and Execute the Same Commission according
to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &c

    Elianor Olandman and Jane Olandman having arrived at full age for the Choseing of their Gardians
    Came here into Court in their proper ^persons^ and prays that they may be admitted to Chose a Certain Alexander Chaine
