George Dashiell
      Gardian to
Mathias Dashiell
Mathias Dashiell (son of Robert Dashiell Late of Somerset County
Gent decd) being ninteen Years of age came here into Court in his proper person
and prays that he may be admitted to Chose a Certain George Dashiell
       of Somerset County Gent as his Gardian which is granted him &c thereupon the said Mathias
       Dashiell did make Chose of the said George Dashiell as his Gardian accordingly &c

                   Whereupon it is Ordered by the Court here that the said George Dashiell take into
    his Care and possession all the Estate which of right doth belong unto the said Mathias
Dashiell both reall and personall and that the said George ^Dashiell^ Give Security according to act of
assembly for to Comply with the Gardenship aforesaid &c

             Thereupon the said George Dashiell with James Dashiell (his security) of somerset County
Gent both present here in Court acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto
the said Mathias Dashiell in fifty pounds Sterling Each of their bodys Goods or Chattels Lands
& tenements seperately to be made and Levied to the use of the said Mathias Dashiell his heirs and
assignes   If it happen that the said George Dashiell do not Comply with the Law in relation to the
Gardenship aforesaid and do not deliver up unto the said Mathias Dashiell his heirs or assignes all
his estate both reall and personall that he shall have in his hands or possession peaceably and
Quietly when he shall arrive at full age to receive the same &c





                   Proclamation being made in usual form His Lordships Commission of the peace for ye
       County of Somerset being produced was Openly read in these words following vizt
Maryland ss   Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the provinces of Maryland and avalon
Lord Baron of Baltemore &c   To Robert King William Fasit John Smith Balt.m Hundred William Stoughton
John Caldwell John MccClester John Handy James Dashiell, John Scott James Martin William
Lane Thomas Williams Henry Ballard and David Wilson of Somerset County Gent Greeting Know
Ye that we have assigned you and every of you Joyntly and severally Our Justices to keep
our peace within our County of Somerset and to do Equall Law and Right to
all the Kings Subjects Rich and Poor According to the Laws Costomes and
Direction's of the acts of Assembly of this Province so far forth as they provide
and where they are Silent According to Law's Statutes and Reasolable Customs
of England as used and practised within this province for the Conservation
of the peace and Quiet Rule and Government of the Kings Subjects
within our said County and to Chastize and punish all or any person or persons
offending against the Said Acts Laws Statutes and Customs or any of them
                                                                                                       according
