directed Comes and makes Returne thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words Cepi Corpus P Joshua
Caldwell sher         whereupon the said Nicholas Buckley being by the sher set to the barr   thereupon the
said Nicholas Buckley at the prayer of the aforesaid John Rider by his attorney aforesaid is adjud Committed into the
Custody of the said sher there to remaine untill the said John of the debt and damages aforesaid should be fully
Satisfied the said sher to witt Joshua Caldwell Gent present herein Court took Charge of the Said Nicholas Buckley
accordingly &^c

Whereas a Certain John Owterbridge of Somerset County Marriner Recovered Judgment against Nathaniel
Horsey of the same Place Marriner for the Sum ^of^ Nine pounds twelve shillings and Seven pence Currant
money Certain damages as six hundred and thirty Six pounds of tobacco for his Costs and Charges by
him about his Suit in that part apposed   and afterwards herein Court Came the Said John Outerbridge by
Levin Gale his attorney and acknowledged that he is Satisfied of the damages aforesaid therefore the aforesaid
Nathaniel Horsey of the damages aforesaid be Quiet &^c
