       August Court         1732                255 A

writt Came the Said Gavin Hutchinson by Levin Gale his attorney and the sher of Somerset County to whom
the foregoeing writt was directed Likewise Came and made Return thereof to the Court here endorsed in
these words following viz.t      Cepie Corpus   P Joshua Caldwell sher

And the aforesaid Charles Ramsey by Francis Allen his Attorney Cometh
and Defendeth the force and Injury when &c  And prays Leave thereof
to Impare here untill the Next Court and he hath it and the Same day
is given to the afd Gavin Hutchison here also &c       Att which said
Next Court to witt the fifteenth day of August Ann Dom one thousand
Seven hundred and thirty two Came againe the aforesd Charles
Ramsey by his Attorney afd and ofer's himselfe against the Said
Gavin Hutchison in the plea afd but the Said Gavin Altho Solemnly
Called Came not nor further prosecutes his writt afd

Therefore it is Considered that the afd Gavin Hutchison and his
pledges of prosecuting be in Mercy and the Pleft Name pledges &c
and that the afd Charles Ramsey go thereof without ^day^  Also it is Considered
that the afd Charles Ramsey Recover against the afd Gavin
Hutchinson his Damages by Occasion of the  premises to one hundred
193   & Ninty three                     pounds of tobacco to the Same
Charles by Descretion of the Justices here at his request for his Costs
and Charges by him about his Defence According to the forme of
the Statute in Such Case made and provided adjudged &c

Nicholas Buckley
Command was given to the sher of Somerset County that he should take Nicholas
Buckley Late of Somerset County planter alias dictus Nicholas Buckley of Somerset
County planter if he should be found in his bayliwick and him should safe keep so
that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held
at dividing Creek the third tuesday of August then next to Satisfie John Rider as well a Certain
debt of Nine pounds eighteen shillings and Eight pence Currant money which the Same John Rider in
the Same Court before the Justices at dividing Creek Recovered against him as of three hundred &
tenn pounds of tobacco which to the Same John in the Same Court were adjudged for his damages which
he had by Occasion of the detaining of the Same debt whereof the Said Nicholas is Convict &c

    Att which said third tuesday of August to witt the fifteenth day of the Same Month Ann.o Dom
One thousand Seven hundred and thirty two being the day of the return of the Same Writt Came ye
said John Rider by his attorney and the sher of Somerset County to whom the foregoeing writt was
