250 hundred and thirty one On the back Side of the foregoing Comission it was Endorsed Vizt Bet it Rem^em^bred that on the 18 of Novemb.r 1731 before me James Dashiell one of his Lordships Justices of peace for the County of Somerset Came Thomas Dashiell and George Dashiel and Made oath on the holy Evangelist of Almighty God to Execute the trust Imposed in by the within Comission according to an Act of Assembly in Such Case made and provided In testemony hereof I have set my hand the Day and Year above Written Jam.s Dashiell The Execution of this Comission appears Levin Gale in a Schedule thereto Annexed Tho: Dashiell Sen.r Rob.t Jones Be it remembred that on the 9.th day of Octob.r 1731 before me John Handy one of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the County of Somrset Came Colo Levin Gale and made Oath on the holy Evangelist of Allmighty God to Execute the trusts Imposed in by the within Comission according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided in testimony hereof I haave Sett my hand the day and Year afd John Handy The Deposition of David Willson Gent Deputy Surveyor of Somerset County aged about twenty Seven years taken upon a tract of Land Lying in Somerset County Called Adventure Amendment the Six day of January Seventeen hundred and thirty one before Levin Gale Thomas Dashiel and Robert Jones by Vertue of a Comission Issued out of Somerset County Court bearing date date the Ninth day of October Ann Dom one thousand Seven hundred and thirty one to Examine Wittnesses to perpietuate the boundarys of the aforesd tract of Land which Said David Willson being Sworn on the holy Evangelist of Almighty God upon the Said Land upon the afd Sixth day of January and after Qualification of the Comissioners afd and Notice given as the Act of Assembly in that Case made and provided required Deposeth and Saith that he the said David Willson Some time ago Surveyed for Will.m Stoughton Esq.r a tract of Land in Somerset County Called Adventures Amendment and that the First bounder of the Said tract of Land was a Cedar Post Marked |
