on the twenty first day of March one thousand seven hundred and thirty
one in the County Court of Somerset the Said two hundred and Twenty four
pounds of tobacco to be Levied of your Bodys goods or Chattells Lands or
Tenements for the Use of the Said George Maglamery in Case the Said
Henry Fitzwaters shall not pay and Satisfye to the Said George Maglamery
the said two hundred and twenty four pounds of tobacco so as
afd Recovered against him with the Aditionall Cost thereon on the
tenth Day of Feb.ry Next   Acknowledged before me y.e 18.th August 1732

of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord baron
of Baltemore &c   To Levin Gale, Thomas Dashiell
George Dashiell and Robert Jones all of Somerset County Gent Greeting we
know ye that we have appointed you or any three or two of you to be our Comissioners
to Examine Evidences on behalfe of a Certain William Stoughton Esq.r
of the County afd in Relation to the Bounds of a tract of Land Lying in the
County afd Called Adventure Amendment we therefore Require you or any
three or two of you at some time and place as to you or any three or two of
you shall Seem Convenient you meet on the afd Land Called Adventure
Amendment you first having taken your oaths on the holy Evangelist
of Allmighty God According to act of assembly in Such Case made and
provided) and there Cause to Come before you or any three or two of you all
Such Evidences as Shall be to you or any three or two of you Nominated
by the Said Complainant or Def.t (if any) and that you or any three or two
of you Examine them upon there Corperall oaths to be by you or any
three or two of you Administred upon the holy Evangelist of Almighty
God in the presents of the Complainent or Def.t (if any) touching the
truth of Remembrances of there knowledge or any thing that may
Relate to Cause aforesd and that Reducing the Severall Depositions
into writing you send the same together with this our Comission
under under Your or any three or two of your hands to us to our County
Court of Somerset with all Convenient Speed Wittness Sam Hopkins
Gent Chief Justices of our said Court the Ninth Day of Octob.r In the
Seventeen Year of our Dominion &c Ann Dom one thousand seven
