was Recovered by the Said George Escridge against W.m Wye on the
twenty first day of March last in Somerset County Court the said thirty
Eight pounds Eighteen Shillings ^& three pence^ and three hundred Eighty and two
pounds of Tobacco to be Levied of your Bodies goods or Chattells Lands
or tenements for the Use of the Said George Escridge in Case the said
W.m Wye shall not pay and Satisfie to the Said George Escridge the
said thirty Eight pounds Eighteen Shillings and three pence ster
and three hundred Eighty two pounds of Tobacco so as afd recovered
against him ^with^ the aditional Costs thereon on the tenth day of fbry
Next Acknowledge this 21.st June 1732 before us W.m Stoughton

       Money of Maryland two hundred and forty Nine pounds of
       Tobacco which Sum was recovered by the Said George Escridge
       against W.m Wye on the twenty first day of March last in Somrset
       County Court the Said Eleven pounds Sixteen Shillings and Six pence
       and two hundred and forty Nine pounds of Tobacco for the Use of the said
       George Escridge in Case the Said W.m Wye Shall not pay and Satisife
       to the Said George Escridge the Said Eleven pounds Sixteen Shillings
       and Six pence and two hundred and forty Nine pounds of tobacco so as
       afd recovered against him with the Aditionall Costs thereon on the
       tenth day of febery Next      Acknowledged this 21.st June 1732 before
