248 and do well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the above Named William Heatch John Heatch Nehemiah Heatch Rachell Heatch and Ezekiell Heatch the aforesaid Sum of Sixty Four pounds twelve shillings and one penny Curr money to be paid them according to the decd Will and the act of assembly in Such Case made and provided when they shall arrive at full age to receive the then the above Obligation to be void and of none Effect otherwise to stand and remaine in full force and vertue &c her Sealed and delivered Rachel + Heatch (seal) In presence of mark Wm Lane Daniel Cordery (seal) John Handy Timothy Atkinson (Seal)
of Thomas Bashaw dec.d in the full and Just Sum of Seventy three pounds and eight pence Currant money ^to be^ paid unto the Said Graves Sarah and Mary Bashaws their heirs Executors admrs or assigns to the which payment well and truely to be made and done we bind Our selves and either of our heirs Executors and adm.rs for the whole and in the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents sealed with our Seals and dated this 15.th day of August Anno Dom 1732 The Condition of the above Obligation is such that whereas the Commisary Generall hath transmitted into this Court the accompt of the estate of And.w Bashaw dec.d wherein it is found that there is ballance due to the above said Orphans the Sum of thirty Six pounds ten shillings and four pence If therefore the above said George Maglamory his heirs Executors or adm.rs shall and do well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the above Named Graves Bashaw, Sarah Bashaw and Mary Bashaw the aforesaid sum of thirty six pounds ten shillings and four pence Current Money in Equall parts according to act of assembly in Such Case provided when they shall arive at full age to Receive the same and then the above obligation to be Void and of None Efect otherwise to Stand and Remain in full force and Vertue in Law &c his Sealed and Delivered George O Maglamory (seal) In presents of us mark King John Wootton (seal) 1731 Daniel + Lingoe (seal) William Stoughton
