afterwards he should be thereto Requested he the aforesd Sum of twenty one
pounds ten Shillings and four pence Curent Money of Maryland to the
Same John would well and faithfully Content and pay  Nevertheless the
Same Spencer in his life time and the aforesd Mary since his death to
whome administration of all and singular his goods and Chattells Since
his death was in due form of Law Committed whilst she was sole and the
aforesd Will.m and Mary Since the Espousalls between them Celebrated the
promise and assumption aforesd of the aforesd Spencer so as aforesd in his
life time made Little Regarding but Plotting and fraudulently Intending
the afd John in that part Craftilly and Subtilly to Defraud and Deceive
Neither the afd Spencer in his life time Nor the aforesd Mary Since his
Death whilst she was sole nor the aforesd Will.m and Mary Since the
Espousall between them Celebrated the aforesd Sum of twenty one pounds ten Shill.s
and four pence Current Money nor any part thereof to the Same John hath paid
or him for it in anywise Contented altho the Same Spencer in his LIfe time
afterwards to witt the Same day and Year aforesd and the aforesd W.m and
Mary Since his death to witt on the tenth day of Novemb.r one thousand
Seven hundred and thirty one at Somerset County aforesd and within the afd
Jur were hereto requested but they and Every of them the Same hitherto to
do have altogether Refused and Still do refuse whereby the same John
says he is worse and hath Damage to the Value of forty pounds Current Money
and thereof he brings this Suit &c                                     Jno Doe
