and Injury when &c and prays Leave thereof to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it and the
same day is given to the aforesaid John Britt here also &c

       Att which Said next Court to witt the twentieth day of June ann.o Dom One thousand Seven hundred
and thirty two Came againe as well the aforesaid John Britt as the aforesaid John Magan by
their attorneys aforesaid and thereupon the Said John Magan prays further Leave thereof to
Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it and the same day is given to the aforesaid John Britt
here also &c
                              Att which Said next Court to witt the fifteenth day of august anno Dom
Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty two Came againe as well the aforesaid John Britt
as the aforesaid John Magan by their attorneys aforesaid and thereupon the said John Britt
prays that the Said John Magan to his declaration aforesaid may answer but the Said John
Magan altho' Solemnly Called Cometh not nor Says nothing in barr or preclusion of the action
aforesaid of the Same John Britt by which the Same John Britt remaineth against the aforesaid Jno
Magan thereof undefended &c         
                                                          Therefore it is Considered that the aforesaid John
Britt Recover against the aforesaid John Magan his debt aforesaid and his damages by occasion
250   of the detaining of the Same debt to Two hundred and fifty                     pounds of tobo
to the Same John Britt of his assent by the Court here adjudged and the afd deft in mercy
&c

Rights and Creditts of Spencer Hack dec.d were
Attached to answere unto John Tunstall of a plea of trespass upon the
Case &c       And Whereupon the Same John Tunstall by Levin Gale
his Attorney Complains that Where^as^ the aforesd Spencer in his Lifetime
the twenty Eighth day of October Seventeen hundred and twenty three
at Somerset at Somerset County within the Jur of this Court was
Indebted unto the aforesd John in the Sum of twenty one pounds ten
Shillings and four pence Current Money of Maryland for Divers
goods ^&^ wares before that time at his Especiall Instance and request
Sold and Delivered as by accout herewith in Court produced may appear
and so thereof being Indebted the Same Spencer in his Life time afterwards
to witt the Same day and Year aforesd at the County aforesd
and within the ^afd^ Jur in Consideration thereof upon himself assumed
and to the Same John then and there faithfully did promise that he
