of the goods and Chattells of the Said Hugh Arbuth not at the time of his
Death to be administred &c for his Damage aforesd by way of attachment
According to Act of Assembly &c And for as Much as it appeareth to the
Court here that the afd Samuel has Complyed with the Law and Alledged

       Therefore it is Considred by the Court here that the aforesd Samuel Long Recover
against the Said Nath.l for he James Peirce, and John Wood his Damage
afd to Six Pounds three Shillings Ster as also all Costs and Charges
by the Said Plift Laid out and Expended about his Suit by way of
Attachment against the goods Chattells Rights or Creditts of the Said Hugh
207   Arbuthnot at the time of his Death remaining to be administred
according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &c

Somerset ss  Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the provinces
of Maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c  To the sher of
Somerset County Greeting whereas Lewis Jenkins Lately in Our County
Court of Somerset here to witt the Sixteenth day of November One thousand Seven hundred
and twenty five before Samuel Hopkins Gent and his associates then Justices of our same
Court recovered against John Benston late of Somerset County planter eight pounds one shilling
Stering and two hundred and eighty Seven pounds of tobacco for his damages which he Sustained
by Occasion of a Certain promise and assumption to the Same Lewis Jenkins by the aforesaid
John Benston lately made and not performed whereof the Said John Benston is Convict as by
the record and process thereof in Our same Court before Our Justices at dividing Creek remaining
manifestly appeareth nevertheless Execution of the Judgm.t aforesaid As Yett remaineth to be
made as by the Insinuation of the aforesaid Lewis we have received and because we are
willing that those things which in Our Same Court are rightfully done Should be duely Executed
Command you that by honest and Lawfull men of your bailywick you make known unto
the aforesaid John Benston that he be before Our Justices of Our County Court of Somerset
to be held at dividing creek the third tuesday of august next to shew Cause if any thing for
himselfe he hath or to say Knoweth wherefore the aforesaid Lewis Jenkins his Execution against him
of the Judgment ought not to have according to the form of the recovery afd if to him it shall
seem expedient and have you then and there the Names of them by whom to him you make ye
Sam known and this Writt Wittness Robert King Gent Chiefe Justice of our Said Court &c

    Att which said third tuesday of august to witt the fifteenth day of the same month anno Dom One
    thousand seven hundred and thirty two being the ^day of^ returne of the Said Writt Cometh the said Lewis Jenkins
