Whereupon the said Ephraim Wilson by his attorney aforesaid prays that for as much as he
has Complyed with the Law in Order to an attachment he may have Judgmt against
against the Said Nathaniel Foche, James Peirce, and John wood adm.rs as aforesaid
of the Goods and Chattells of the Said Hugh Arbuth not at the time of his death to
be administred &c for his damages aforesaid by way of attachment according to act
of assembly &c    And for as much as it appeareth to the Court here that the aforesaid
Ephraim has complyed with the Law as alledged

       Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that the aforesaid Ephraim Wilson
Recover against the Said Nathaniel Foche, James Peirce and John Wood his damages afd
to twelve pounds three shillings and five pence Sterling as also all Costs and Charges by
by the said plft Laid Out and Expended about his Suit by way of attachmt against the
goods Chattells Rights ^or Credits^ of the said Hugh Arbuth not at the time of his death remaining to be
310:   administred according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &c

      The Same
    Command was Given to the sher of Somerset County that he should
take Nathaniel Foche, James Peirce and John Wood adm.rs of Hugh
Arbuth not Late of London merchant dec.d if they shall be found in
his bailywick and them should safe keep so that he might have their
    bodys before the Justices of Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing
    Creek the third tuesday of August then next to answer unto Samuel Long Jun.r Executor of
Jeffry Long Late of Somerset County dec.d of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c

          And ye Same Samuel by Thos Bluet ^his attorney^ Complained against the Said Nathaniel Foche James
Peirce and John Wood in the plea aforesaid as followeth vizt

    Somerset ss   Nathaniel Foche James Peirce and John Wood administrators of all &
Singular the Goods and Chattells rights and Credits &c which were of Hugh Arbuthnot decd
were attached to answer unto Samuel Long Executor of the Last will and testament of Jeffry
Long dec.d of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c

       And whereupon the Said Samuel by Thomas Bluett his Attorney Complains
for that to witt when the Said Hugh Arbuthnot in his Life time and the
Said Jeffery Long the Testat.r in his Life time to witt the thirtyeth Day of
august anno In the Year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and thirty
one at Somerset County afd together Accounted of Divers Sums of Money
to the Said Jeffery Long in his Life time by the Said Hugh Arbuthnot
