225 hundred and thirty two before his Lordships Justices of the Same Court Judicially Sitting Came the afd Dorman Heath in his proper person according to a Certain Recognizance by him and his pledges in that part before acknowledged and hath a hearing of the Information aforesaid and Says that he is not Guilty thereof and of this he puts himselfe upon the Country and Thomas Bluet Gent who for his Said Lordship in that part followeth Likewise &c Whereupon the said Dorman Heath Relinquisheth his averment aforesaid by him above pretended and Submitts with a protestation of his Innocency & puts himselfe upon the favour of the Court &c whereupon all and Singular the premisses the premisses by the Court here seen heard and fully understood It is Considered by the Court here that the aforesaid Dorman Heath pay unto his Said Lordship the Lord proprietary to the use of the County aforesaid for his fine by the Court hereupon Him Imposed for and by Occasion of the premisses afd whereof in form aforesaid he is Convict one hundred pounds of tobacco and that the Said Dorman Heath be taken to Satisfie his Said Lordship of the fine aforesaid and the Severall Officers Fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd Whereupon Jos Caldwell high sher of Somerset County present here in Court took Charge of ye Said Dorman Heath accordingly &c
in his proper person acknowledged Himselfe to owe and stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the right honrble the Lord proprietary in ten pounds sterling of his Goods and Chattells Lands & tenements to be made and Levied for the Use of his Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors If it happen that the said Thomas Holbrook do not make his personall appearance befor his said Lordships Justices of the next Court to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of Novem Next and do not answer unto his Lordship of and Concerning his Selling of Liquor on the Sabboth day Contrary to act of assembly in such Case made and provided and ^do not^ stand and abide the Judgm.t of the thereon &c Patrick Malalley appears according to his recognizance entered into this C for his appearance at this Court and is discharged therefrom &c Thomas Bluet appears according to his recognizance entered into and is discharged therefrom Archibald Simpson appears according to his Recognizance entered into and is discharged therefrom Thomas Smith appears according to his recognizance and ^is^ discharged therefrom &c
