pounds Sterling each of their Severall Goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to be made and Levied for the Use
of his Said Lordship the Lord proprietary if it happen the Said Aberilla Peal do not Stand and abide this
Court and do not from day to day during the whole term make her personall appearance herein Court and
do not Give such evidence against the aforesaid Avery Morgan as she shall knowing touching the premisses
aforesaid &c       then the above recognizance to be in full force and vertue   otherwise &c

                                          Be it remembred that on the fifteenth day of august anno
Dom One thousand Seven hundred and thirty two Comes into Court before the Worshipfull
Robert King Esq.r and his associates Justices of the Same Thomas Bluett Gent who prosecutes for
the Lord proprietary and Gives this Court to understand and be Informed that Avery Morgan of the
said County planter the tenth day of August in the Year of Our Lord One thousand Seven hundred
and thirty One in the County aforesaid and within the Jurisdiction of this Court did Commit fornication
with a Certain Aberrilla Peal of the County aforesaid Spinster and on the body of the Said
Aberrilla then and there did begett a bastard Child to the high displeasure of Almighty God and
to the evill Example of all Others in Such Cases Offending and against the form of the act of
act of assembly in Such Case made and provided wherefore the Said Thomas Bluett prays the advice
of the Court in the premisses and due process of Law thereon against the Said Avery to Issue

       thereupon Command was Given to the sher of Somerset County that he should take the Said
Avery Morgan if &c to answer &c  And in manner here at this Court held for Somerset County at
dividing Creek in the County aforesaid the fifteenth day of august anno Dom One thousand Seven
hundred and thirty two before his Lordships Justices of the Same Court Judicially Sitting Cometh
the aforesaid Avery Morgan in his proper person according to a Certain Recognizance by him
and his pledges in that part ^before^ acknowledged and hath a hearing of the Information aforesaid and
says that he is not Guilty thereof and of this he puts himselfe upon the Country and Thomas
Bluett Gent who for his said Lordship in that part Followeth Likewise &c

    Whereupon Command is Given tot he sher of Somerset County that Immediately he Cause
to Come before his Lordships Justices twelve &c by whom &c and who neither &c to recognize &c
And whereupon the Jurors of that Same Jury by the aforesaid sher to this Impannelled being Called
Came to witt William Jones manocan, Charles Rackliffe, W.m Jones Goose Creek, John Tull Hutton
Hill, Joseph Wait, John Owten Benja Tull William Smith Geo: Maglamory, Richard Holland
and George Benston who to say the truth of the premisses being Elected tryed and Sworn upon their
Oath did say that the aforesaid Avery Morgan is Guilty of the premisses in the Information above
against him Supposed as in the Information afd is Specified   Whereupon all and Singular
the premisses by the Court here seen and fully understood   It is Considered by the Court
