he having Made oath to the Same &c

Ordered by the Court here that W.m Horsey pay unto John Floyed and Joseph
Harding Ninty pounds of tobacco Each for their Attendance three days Each as
Evidences on behalfe of his Lordship against the Said W.m Horsey they having
made oath to the Same &c

Ordered by the Court here that Thomas Duncan pay unto Lewis Disharoon Jn.o
Carr, James King, Daniel Lingoe and Edw.d Maglamery three hundred and sixty
pounds of tobacco Each being due unto them for their attendance twelve days
Each as Evidences on behalf of his Lordship against the said Thomas Duncan
they having Made oath to the same &c

Ordered by the Court here that John Riggin Jun pay unto Teague Riggin
five hundred and Seventy pounds of tobacco it being due unto him for his
Attendance Nineteen days as ^an^ Evidence on behalf of the Said John Riggin
agains W.m Holland he having made Oath to the Same &c

Ordered by the Court here that John Riggin Jun pay unto John Riggin Sen
four hundred and Eighty pounds of tobacco it being Due unto him for his Attendance
Sixteen days as ^an^ Evidences on behalf of the said John Riggin against James Nearne
he having made oath to the Same &c
