seven hundred thirty one in Somerset County before the Worshipfull John Scott to be Levied of your Bodys goods Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of the Said Hugh Nelson in Case the said John Magan shall not Pay and Satisfied to the said Hugh Nelson the above said Sum as aforesd Recovered against him with additionall Cost thereon on the tenth Day of febry Next Taken before us Jno Scott July 8.th 1732 W.m Lane Ordered that Francis Caughlin and Mary Folio pay unto Eliz.a Birminger, Jane King and W.m Boston Ninty pounds of tobacco Each for their attendance three days Each on behalfe of his Lordship against the Said Francis Caughlin and Mary Folio they having made Oath to the Same &c Ordered by the Court here that Thomas Lord pay unto John Collins and Thomas Collins Jun.r thirty pounds of Tobacco each for their attendance one day Each on behalfe of his Lordship against the Said Thomas Lord they having made Oath to the Same &c Ordered by the Court that Johnson Hill pay unto Thomas Newton Ninty pounds of tobo it being due unto him for his attendance three days as an Evidence for the Said Johnson Hill against Philip Selby he having made Oath to the Same &c Ordered by the Court that Nathaniel Horsey pay unto Edward Chambers Esq.r Ninty pounds of tobacco it being due unto him for his attendance three days as an Evidence on behalfe of the Said Nathaniel Horsey against John Owterbridge Garnishe of Coll William Outerbridge he having made Oath to the Same &c Ordered by the Court that Joshua Caldwell pay unto Susannah Wordie Mary Gray Joshua Porter Margarett Peal, John shedon and Pat Connerly Sixty pounds of tobacco each being due unto them for their attendance two days Each ^as Evidences^ on behalfe of his Lordship against the Said JOshua Caldwell they having made Oath to the Same &c Ordered by the Court here that Henry Fitzwaters pay unto Susanah Wordie and Mary Gray thirty pounds of Tobacco Each it being ^Due^ unto them for their attendance one Day Each as Evidences on behalf of his Lordship against the Said Henry Fitzwaters they having made oath to the Same &c Ordered by the Court here that Martin Henry pay unto John Follows Ninty pounds of tobacco it being due unto Him for His Attendance three days as an Evidence on behalf of his Lordship against the Said Martin Henry Fitz he |
