 Somerset County ss:  You John Magan John Harper and William

Lewes do Confess Judgment to Nath.l Brittingham for the Sum of
five pounds Seven Shillings and four pence Current Money and
two hundred and Seventy four pounds tobacco which was recovered by the Said Nath.l
Brittingham against John Magan on the Eighteenth Day of Novemb.r in the
Year one thousand Seven hundred thirty one in Somerset County Court the Said
Sum to be Levied of your bodys goods and Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use
of the Said Nath.l Brittingham in Case the Said John Magan Shall not pay
and Satisfie to the Said Nath.l Brittingham the above Said Sum as aforesaid
Recovered against him with additionall Cost thereon on the tenth day of febry

of one Pound two Shillings and Six pence which was recovered
by the Said John Robbins against John Magan on the Nineteenth day of March
one thousand Seven hundred and thirty one in Somerset County before the Worshipfull
John Smith to be Levied of your bodys goods and Chattells Lands or
tenements for the Use of the Said John Robbins in Case the Said John Magan
Shall not pay and Satisfie to the SAid John Robbins the above Said Sum
as aforesd Recovered against him with Additionall Cost thereon on the tenth

for the Use of the Said George Willcox in Case the Said John Magan Shall not
pay and Satisfied to the Said George Willox the above Said Sum as aforesaid
Recovered against him with additionall Cost thereon on the tenth day of febry
