and done we bind our Selves our and Either of our heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for the whole
and in the ^w^hole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these psents Sealed ^with out Seales^ and Dated
this 22.th day of June Ann Dom 1732

The Condition of the above obligation is Such that whereas the Comissary generall
hath transmitted unto the Court the account of the Estate of Ebenezer Franklin
dec.d wherein it is found that there is Ball due to the above said Orphans the
Sum of Ninty five pounds one Shillings and one penny  If therefore the above
said Edward Franklin, John Holland or W.m Fasitt Jun or any or Either of
them or any or Either of their heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs do and Shall well and truly pay
or Cause to be paid unto the afd Orphan the aforesd Sum of Ninty five pounds
one Shillings and one penny in Equall parts according to act of assembly when
they Shall Arive at full age to receive the Same then the above obligation
to be Void and of None Efect  Otherwise to remain in full force and Vertue

    Command was Given to the sherr of Somerset County that he should take

the said
John Magan Late of Somerset County Schoolmaster if he should
       be found in his Bailywick and him should Safe keep so that he might have his body before
    the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third
tuesday of June then next to satisfie unto Nathaniel Brittingham of five pounds seven shillings
and four pence Currant Money and two hundred and Seventy four pounds of tob.o which to the
Same Nathaniel in the Same Court before the Justices thereof at dividing Creek were adjudged for
his damages which he had by Occasion of a Certain promise and assumption to the Same Nat by
the aforesaid John made and not performed   whereof he is Convict &c

       Att which said third tuesday of June to witt the twentieth day of the Same month One thousand
Seven hundred and thirty two Came the sher of Somerset County and the afd Nat Brittingham
and ye Said sher made return of the Said Writ thereof directed to him in these words following
Cepi Corpus      Joshua Caldwell sher

       whereupon the aforesaid John Magan present herein Court in his proper person is at the prayer of
the aforesaid Nathaniel Brittingham Committed into the Custody of the sher of Somerset County
thereto remain untill the Said Nathaniel Brittingham of the damages aforesaid should be fully Satisfied
the Said sher to witt Jos Caldwell present here in Court took Charge of ye said Jno Magan accordingly &c
