Somerset County ss:  The Jurors for the Right honrble the Lord
proprietary that now is &c for the body of Somerset County upon their
oath do present that Ambrose Riggin Late of Somerset County planter
the Nineteenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred
and thirty two with force and arms &c in the County of Somerset aforesd in and upon
a Certain Henry Fitzwaters in the peace of God and the aforesd Lord proprietary then
and there being an assault made and him the Said Henry then and there beat
wounded and Evill Intreated so that of his Life it was Greatly Despaired and other
Enormitys to him then and there offered to the great Damage of him the Said Henry
and against the peace of the right Honrble the Lord proprietary &c  T Bluett & Dom prop.r
Testes   John Sheldon, Joseph MccCloster, James Mumford Margaret Peal, Patrick
Conelly   on the back side of the foregoing bill of Indictment it was thus Endorsed

there being an assault made and him the Said John then and there beat
wounded and Evill Intreated so that of his Life it was greatly despaired
and other Enormitys to the Said John then and there offered to the Grevious
Damage of him the Said JOhn and against the peace of the Right Honrble the

In the full and Just Sum of one hundred and Ninty pounds two Shilling and two pence
Current Money to be paid unto the Said Will.m Charles, Peal, Sarah and Mary Franklin's
their heirs Ex.rs admrs or assignes to the which payment well and truly to be made
