Somerset County ss:  the Jurors for the right honrble the Lord
proprietary that now is &c for the body of Somerset County upon
their Oath do present that Henry Fitzwaters Late of Somerset County Planter
the first day of march in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and
thirty one with force and armes &c at the County of Somerset aforesd in and upon
a Certain Joshua Caldwell Hugh Sher of the County of Somerset afd in the
peace of God and the afd Lord proprietary in the Execution of his Said
office then and there being an assault made and him then and there beat
wounded and Evill Intreated so that of his Life it was greatly despaired
and other Enormitys to him the Said Joshua then and there offered to the
greavious Damage of him the Said Joshua and against the peace of the
Right honrble the Lord proprietary &c                  T Bluett & Dom prop

County Planter the Nineteenth day of June in the year of our Lord one
thousand Seven hundred and thirty two with force and arms &c in the County
of Somerset afd in and Upon a Certain Henry Fitzwaters in the peace of
God and the ^afd^ Lord proprietary then and there being an assault made and
him the SAid Henry then and there beat wounded and Evil intreated so
that of his Life it was greatly Dispaired and other Enormitys to him
then and there offered to the great Damage of him the Said Henry and against
the peace of the right honrble the Lord proprietary &c    T Bluett & Dom prop
