oaths do present that Joshua Caldwell Late of the County of Somerset high Sheriff
the Nineteenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and
thirty two with force and arms &c at the County of Somerset aforesd in and upon a Certain
Henry Fitzwaters in the peace of God and the afd Lord proprietary then and there
being an assault made and him then and there beat wounded and Evill Intreated so
that of his Life it was greatly despaired and other Enormitys to him then and there
offered to the grievous Damage of him the Said Henry and against the Peace of the
Right Honrble the Lord proprietary                                     T Bluett & Dom Prop.r
Testes, Joseph MccClester, John Sheldon James Mumford, John Magan, Margaret
Peal, Littleton Towensend, Joshua Merrill, John Dennis, Joshua Porter, Patrick
Conelly, Henry Fitzwaters      on the back side of the foregoing bill of Indictment it
was thus Endorsed Vizt                  Ignoramus James Round foreman

that now is &c for the body of Somerset County upon their oath do present
that Joshua Caldwell Late of the County of Somerset High Sher the first day of
aprill in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and thirty two with
force and armes &c at the County of Somerset afd in and upon a Certain Henry Fitzwaters
in the peace of God and the ^afd^ Lord proprietary then and there being an assault made
and him then and there beat wounded and Evill Intreated so that of his Life it was
greatly Dispaired and other Enormitys to him then and there offered to the grevious
