     This being an action of trespass upon the Case &c wherein the Sher of Somerset County to whom

the foregoeing writt was directed Comes and makes return thereof endorsed vizt  Cepi Corpus P John Purnall sher
                                  Whereupon the Said John Horsey in his own proper person appears and thereupon the Said John Horsey
       at the prayer of the afd Jn.o Harristoy by francis Allen his attorney is adjudged to Give Speciall Bail to the action afd thereupon
       thereupon a Certain Nathaniel Horsey and Revell Horsey of Somerset County Gentm present herein Court undertakes for the
       Said John Horsey that if in Case the Said John Harristoy Shall recover Judgmt in the plea afd against the afd John Horsey or
       that the Said John Horsey shall be therein Convict that then he the Said John Horsey Shall pay the Condemnation of the
       court thereupon or render his body to the Custody of the Sher of Somerset County in Satisfaction thereof or that they the
       said Nathaniel Horsey and Revell Horsey will do it for him

                And thereupon the Said John Horsey by Levin Gale his attorney prays that the Said John Harristoy may Give
       Security for Costs in Case non suit be Obtained against him in the plea afd which is by the Court Granted  Thereupon Francis
       Allen of Somerset County Gent present herein Court undertakes for the Said John Harristoy that in Case he be Nonsuited in
       all Costs accrewing thereon to the Said John Horsey or that he the Said Francis Allen will do it for him thereupon the Said
       John Horsey by francis Allen his attorney appears & Imparles till next Court &c

Command was Given to the Sherr of Somersett County that he Should take Joseph
       Macclester John Dennis Jun.r and Francis Porter all of Somerset County Gentleman
if they Shall be found in his bailywick and them Should safe keep so that he might
have their bodys before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somerset to be
held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of August then Next to Satisfie Henry FItzwaters of two thousand five
hundred and fifty pounds of tobacco which said Sum the Said Joseph MccClester John Dennis and Francis Porter Confessed
Judgment to the Said Henry Fitzwaters before William Planner and John Scott two of his Lordship's Justices of the
County Court of Somerset on the ninteenth day of June One thousand Seven hundred and twenty Nine according to act of
Assembly in Such Case made and provided as also twenty One pounds of tobacco additional Costs whereof they are Convict
and have you then and there this Writt Wittness &.c

    Att which said third tuesday of August to witt the eighteenth day of the Same month anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred
and thirty Comes the said Henry Fitzwaters by his attorney and the Sher of Somerset County to whom the foregoeing
