writt was directed Likewise Cometh & maketh Return thereof to the Court here Endorsed vizt Cepi Corpora P me Jno Purnall sher
Whereupon the Said Sherr being Solemnly Called to bring in the bodys of the afd Joseph MccClester John Dennis Jun.r and Francis Porter
whereupon Came the Said John Dennis Jun.r in Custody of the Sher but the afd Joseph MccClester and francis Porter Came not
but the Sher made default &.c
                                                 Thereupon the aforesaid John Dennis Junr is at the prayer of the afd Henry Fitzwaters by his attorney
Committed into the Custody of the Sherr of Somerset County there to remaine untill the afd Henry Fitzwaters of his damages & Costs afd
Should be fully Satisfied thereupon the Sher present here in Court took Charge of the Said John Dennis accordingly &c

Somerset ss  Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the provinces of Maryland and avalon Lord Baron
of Baltemore &.c  To the Sher of Somerset County Greeting we Command you that of the Goods and Chattells
of Joseph Venables late of Somerset County Gent.m in your bailywick you make twelve pounds Six
Six Shillings and Eleven pence Sterling money (there being so much Condemned in his hands as of the rights
and Creditts of a Certain Andrew Wailes on a writt of attachment before Our Justices at dividing Creek) and twenty One pounds of
tobacco (which to Joseph MccClester in Our Court before Our Justices at Dividing Creek afd were adjudged towards Satisfying unto the
Said Joseph MccClester of three thousand pounds of tobacco and Costs Recovered against him the Said Andrew Wailes in Our Court
aforesaid) and when you have the Same so made or any part thereof you have the Same mony before Our Justices of Our
County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of august Next to Satisfie the aforesaid Joseph MccClester
of the Condemnation aforesaid whereof he is Convict and have you then and there this writt Wittness W.m Planner Gentleman &c

    Att which said third tuesday of august to witt the eighteenth day of the Same month Anno Dom one thousand Seven hundred &
thirty Came the afd Joseph MccClester by Levin Gale his attorney and the Sher of Somerset County whom the foregoeing writt was
directed Likewise Comes and makes Return thereof Endorsed vizt  By vertue of the within Writt to me directed I have
made of the Goods and Chattells of Joseph Venables to the value of twenty Eight pounds Ster as P A Shedule hereun
hereunto annexed makes appear as by the within Writt I am Commanded so answers   Jno Purnall sher
A Shedule of the Goods and Chattells of Joseph Venables Executed by Vertue of a fi fac for the use of Joseph MccClester
and appraised by Us whose names are hereunto annexed Given under Our hands and Seales this first day of august anno

Whereas the execution to the County Levey this present Year 1730 was but for three fourths of the tobacco Levied
Its therefore Ordered by the Court that the Execution be altered and made for the full   And Whereas there was a third
part added to the Severall Sums allowed the poor to the Severall ferry men; to Angello Atkinson for Covering the
Court House and for repairing of Bridges and two Articles allowed Thomas Hayward &.c  Its further ordered
by the Court that the Sher of Somerset County pay unto the Severall persons afd but the three fourths of the respective
Sums allowed them without a fraction; and that the Other fourth of the same sums remain in the Shers hands as
a Creditt to ye County next Levy Court &c

Ordered by the Court that John Handy and James Dashiell of Somerset County Gent agree with Some person to take Care
of Mary Such a poor Languishing woman and to be allowed at the next Levy Court for the same &c

       Whereas a Certain John Easome is runaway & Left his Son Benj.a Easome a small boy and no body to take Care of him
       &.c whereupon it is ordered by the Court that John Richardson take ye Said Boy into his Custody and have
       him at Novemr Court Next &c
