Wye and to Comitt Adultery and to Live in Adultry with the aforesd William Horsey
wickedly impurely and Diabolically tempted and Incited to witt at the Parish afd
and County afd and the aforesaid William Horsey in further prosecution of his
most wicked and Impious Intent then and there to witt from the aforesd first
Day of January in the Year aforesd untill the Day of the Exhibition of this
Information at the Parish and County aforesd unlawfully most wickedly and
Diabolicaly Sollicited incited perswaded and procured the aforesaid Mary Wye
then and as yet the Wife of the aforesd William Wye from the aforesd Will.m
Wye her husband without the Licence and against the will of the aforesd
W.m Wye to fly from Depart from and Elope from and with the aforesd
W.m Horsey in Divers Secret Places and to the aforesd W.m Wye hitherto
unknown to Cohabit and remain by which same unlawfully most wicked and
Diabolical Sollicitations Incitements perswasions and procurements aforesd
of the aforesd William Horsey the aforesd Mary Wye the Wife of the aforesaid Will.m
Wye then and there from the aforesd William Wye and from the Company
habitation and Society of the aforesd William Wye her husband without the
Licence of and against the will of the aforesd William Wye Departed withdrew
herself and Absented and with the afd William Horsey in Divers Secret and
most Wicked places for the Space of fourteen months and more remained and
Cohabitted and with the aforesd W.m Horsey in Adultery did Live remain and
Cohabited and that the aforesaid W.m Horsey then and there with^in^ the time
aforesd unlawfully most wickedly and Diabolically the Same Mary Wye
without the Lycence and against the will of the aforesd W.m Wye her husband
aforesd so as aforesd from the aforesd William Wye her husband Departed and
Eloped being against the will of the aforesd William Wye received Maintained
and abetted and the aforesd William Horsey then and there Likewise had Carnall
knowledge of the body of the aforesd Mary Wye the Wife of the aforesd Will.m
Wye and with the aforesd Mary Wye then and there unlawfullly unjustly most
Wickedly and Diabolically the Crime of fornication and adultery did Comitt
and in adultery did Live to the most high Displeasure of Almighty God to
the Great Damage and Disquiet of the aforesd Will.m Wye and to the Evil
Example of all others in Like Cases Offending  Wherefore the Said Thomas
Bluett prays the Advise of the Court in the Premisses and ^that^ Due process May
Issue against the Said William Horsey to answere to the Said Lord proprtary
of and Concerning the Premisses afd &c

             Thereupon Command was Given to the sher of Somerset County that he should take the Said
William Horsey if &c to answer &c and afterwards to witt the twenty fourth day of March
