Give Security for the payment of the Severall Officers Fees due by Occasion of the premisses whereupon a Certain Abraham Smith of Somerset County planter present herein Court undertook for the Said Tho.s Duncan to pay the Severall Officers their Fees due by Occasion of the premisses if in Case ye Said Tho.s Duncan do not pay ye Same &c John Carr, Lewis Disharoon, Edward Maglamory, James King and Daniel Lingo all Severally appeared to their Recognizances to give Evidence against Thomas Duncan and were accordingly discharged &c Patrick Connelly appears according to his Recognizance and was thereupon by the Court discharged &c James Polke appears according to his Recognizance and was discharged therefrom by the Court &c Charles Riggin appears according to his Recognizance and was by the Court discharged therefrom John Riggin Jun.r appears according to his Recognizance for the Good behaviour and is discharged therefrom John Britt appears according to his Recognizance for the Good behaviour & and is discharged therefrom &c John Henderson appears according to his recognizance (for his Molatto man Called Saml Wrights Good behaviour and appearance at this Court) and was accordingly discharged therefrom &c
Court Thomas Bluet Gent who for his Lordship the Lord proprietary in this part prosecuteth and Gives the Same Court to understand and be informed that William Horsey Late of Somerset parish in Somerset County planter being a person of evill name fame and reputation and of the most Wicked Conversation and Contriving and intending by unlawfull and impure and diabolical ways and means the pace and quietness of a Certain William Wye Junior Late of the Same County Mariner to to spoile in fing and Desturbe the Same Will.m Horsey God before his Eyes not having but by a Diabollical Instigations being moved and Seduced the first day of January in the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and thirty a Certain Mary Wye then and Yett the Wife of the aforesd W.m Wye to Desert the afd William Wye her husband and to Elope from the aforesd Will.m Wye |
