relation to the bounders thereof and shall as in duty bound ever pray Isaiah Bredall The petition aforesaid being Read & heard and fully understood wherefore it is Considered by the Court that a Commission Issue to the aforesaid Isaiah Bredall as by the petition aforesaid is praid and that W.m Lane John Donelson James Rownd and Charles Ranklife ^of Somerset County Gent^ be Commissioners and Execute ye Same Commission according to act of assembly in such Case made and provided &c
The petition aforesaid being reard and heard and fully understood wherefore it is Considered by the Court that the aforesaid Samuel Tomlin be discharged for the future from paying of taxed for the aforesaid negro as by the petition aforesaid is praid &c
that he may be discharged from a former bond by him entered into for to Learn the said Reynolds his trade &c and forasmuch as it doth appear to the Court that the afd William Reynolds was not misused or abused by the Said James Shirley thereupon the aforesaid James Shirley is discharged from ye aforesaid bond as aforesaid is praid &c Whereupon the aforesaid William Reynolds is bound by the Court unto John Bishop untill he arrives at the age of twenty One Years the Said William Reynolds to Serve his Said Master the full term aforesaid during which term the said William his said Master well and faithfully Shall serve his Secrets keep his Commandments Lawfull and honestly every where willingly shall do and in all things as good and faithfull servant shall demean himselfe towards his said Master and al his during the term aforesaid &c In Consideration of which Service the Said John Bishop present here in Court Covenanteth with the Justices of the Said Court in Court Judicially Sitting on behalfe of the Same William Reynolds that during the term aforesaid he will Learn his said apprentice the trade of a Cordwainer and to read |
