And all Manner of felonies Witchcrafts Enchantments Sorceries, arts,
Magicks, Trespasses, Engrossings, Regrateings, forestallings and Extorsions
Whatsoever and of all Other Misfeazances and Offences Whatsoever of
Which Justices of our Peace Lawfully may or ought to Enquire by
Whomsoever or howsoever in our County afd done and Comitted or Which
May hereafter happen to be Done or Comitted and also of all those who in
our County aforesd in Riotous Manner have gone or Rode or shall hereafter
Presume to go or Ride with armed force against our peace to the disturbance
of the Kings Subjects and of all Such who in our County aforesaid
have Lain or shall hereafter Presume to Lye in wait to maime or
kill any of the Kings Subjects and also of all ordinary Keepers and other
persons who have Offended or hereafter shall presume to Offend in the
abuse of Weights or Measures or against the Act of Assembly for the
Common good and profitt now in this Province made and Used and also
of the Sheriffs, Bailiffs Constables and other officers who have or Shall hereafter misbehave
themselves in the execution of their Offices or have been remiss or Negligent in the execution thereof or
shall hereafter happen so to be within Our County aforesaid and of all and every the articles matters and
things whatsoever howsoever or by whom soever in Our County aforesaid done or Committed or that shall
hereafter happen to be done or Committed concerning the premisses or any of them and to Inspect all
Indictments before your or any of you taken or to be taken or before Our Late Justices of the peace within
our said County had and taken and not yet determined and process thereon against all or any person or persons
so Indicted or which shall hereafter happen to be Indicted within our County aforesaid to make &
continue untill they Shall be taken or surrender themselves or be Out Lawed and to hear and determine
all and every the felonies, witchcrafts, enchantments, Sorceries arts Magick, trespasses, forestallings
Regratings, riots, Indictments and all other the matters aforesaid according to the Laws Statutes and Ordinances
aforesaid and the Said delinquents and every of them to Chastize and punish by fines ransoms amerciaments
forfeitures and otherwise according to the Laws Statutes and Ordinances aforesaid but we will ^not^ that
you proceed not in any of the Cases aforesaid to take life or member but that in every Such Case you send
the prisoners with their Indictments and the whole matters depending before you to Our Justices of
Our next provinciall Court be it whensoever or wheresoever to be holden thereto be tried  And we
Command you and every of you diligently to Intend the keeping of the peace Laws Statutes and ordinances
aforesaid and all and every the premisses and that at your County Courts you make Inquisition
and hear and determine as aforesaid doing therein what to Justices appertaines according to the Laws
statutes and ordinances aforesaid  And further we do Constitute Ordain and appoint you the said
Robert King, William Fasit, John Smith Baltemore hund. William Stoughton John Caldwell John MccClester
John Handy James Dashiell, John Scott, James Martin, William Lane Thomas Williams Henry Ballard
