183 to be Indebted to the Said Lord proprietary in the Severall Sums following that is to say W.m Horsey in the Sum of fifty pounds sterling John Horsey and Dorman Heatch Each in the Sum of twenty five pounds Lawfull money of Great Brittain of their Goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to be Levied for the Use of the Said Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors if Default be made in the Condition below written The Condition of this Recognizance is Such that if the above bound W.m Horsey shall make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordship Court to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of March next for the County of Somerset then and there to make answere unto Such matters and things as on his Lordships the Lord proprietarys behalf shall be objected against him by John Goldsmith Jun for the assaulting beating and wounding him and shall do and receive what the Said Court shall then and there Enjoyne and that he do in the mean time keep the peace of our Sovering Lord the King towards the kings majesty and all his Lei^d^ge people and Especially towards the Said John Goldsmith Jun and that he doth not Depart the Court without Leave thereof that then this Recognizance to be Void and of None Effect else to be and Remaine in full force and Virtue Acknowledge before me the Day and Year above Will.m Stoughton Now here at this Day to witt the twenty first Day of march one thousand Seven hundred and thirty one Came here into Court the afd W.m Horsey in his proper person and prays that his appearance may be recorded to Save himselfe and Securitys from the above Recognizance of Bail Entred into as aforesaid thereupon the Said W.m Horsey appearance is Recorded and he and his securitys accordingly Discharged &c
