March Court               1731                    184

to be held at Dividing Creek in the Said County the third Tuesday of
March Next then and there to answer Such things as on the said
Lord proprietary behalf shall be objected against him and not
Depart the Court without Leave thereof and in the mean time keep
the Peace and be of the good Behaviour towards all Goods People
this recognizance to be Void then ^in^ full force and Vertue Else to be Void
Acknowledged before me the Day and Year above      Will.m Stougton
Now hereat this day the twenty first Day of March one thousand
Seven hundred and thirty ^one^ Came hereinto Court the afd W.m Horsey in
his proper person and prays that his appearance may be recorded to
Save himself from the above recognizance of bail Entred into as
aforesd thereupon the Said W.m Horsey appearance is Recorded and
he Accordingly Discharged &c
