177 Ordered by the Court that Samuel Hopkins pay unto John Cambell One hundred and Eighty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance Six days as an evidence on behalfe of ye Said Sam.l Hopkins against William Waltom he having made Oath to the Same &c Ordered by the Court that Samuel Hopkins pay unto Mary Cambell sixty pounds of tobacco being due unto her for her attendance as an Evidence two days on behalfe of ye said Samuel Hopkins against the said William Waltom she having made oath to ye Same &c Ordered by the Court that Thomas Pingally et uxor pay unto David Dredon Taylor Sixty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance two days as an Evidence on behalfe of his Lordship the Lord proprietary against the Said Thomas Pingally et uxor he having made Oath to the Same &c Ordered by the Court that William Horsey pay unto John Floyd and Joseph Hard in Ninty pounds of tobacco Each being due unto them for their attendance three days Each as evidences for the Lord proprietary against the Said William Horsey they having made Oath to the Same &c Ordered by the Court that Johnson Hill pay unto Joshua Sturges, Sarah Sturges, Sarah Taylor, Sarah Mackrill and Robert Holland one hundred and twenty pounds of tobacco Each being due unto them for their attendance four days Each as Evidences on behalfe of his Lordship against the Said Johnson Hill they having made Oath to ye Same &c Ordered by the Court that John Horsey pay unto Sidney Brown, Eliz.a Brown Ann Hayman, Bridgett Colligon and Susannah Floyd One hundred and twenty pounds of tobacco each being due unto them for their attendance four days as evidences ^each^ on behalfe of his Lordship against the said John Horsey they having made Oath to ye Same &c Ordered by the Court here that John Horsey pay unto Mary Wye and Sarah Horsey Sixty pounds of tobacco each being due unto them for their attendance two days ^each^ as evidences for the said John Horsey at suit of his Lordship they having made Oath to ye Same &c Ordered by the Court that Johnson Hill pay unto Thomas Newton Sixty pounds of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance two days as an evidence on behalfe of ye Said Johnson Hill against Philip Selby he having made Oath to ye Same &c Coll William Outerbridge deft by his attorney Offered here in Court a writt of Error for the reversall of a judgm.t which a Certain Nathaniel Horsey Recovered against him whereupon it is ordered that the Record and proceeding of the Same Judgm.t be transmitted as by ye said writt of error ^it^ is required &c
being under an apprehention of his being greatly damnified thereby by the Ill Conduct of a Certain Walter Jacobs who since Married the widdow of Christopher dashiell Humbly prays your worships will |
