will Oblige the Said Walter Jacobs to Give your petitioner Counter security to keep your petitioner Indempnified &
as in duty bound shall pray

       The petition aforesaid being Read and heard and fully understood and for as much as the Court are fully satisfied
that the aforesaid petitioner is in danger and Like to Suffer on account of Ill management of the afd Walter Jacobs
in the Negotiating of the Estate of the afd Christopher Dashiell dec.d ^the afd petitioner being security on the administration &c^  Whereupon the premisses Considered it is ordered
that the aforesaid Walter Jacob Give the aforesaid James Dashiell ^sufficient^ County Security to keep him Indepnified as
being Security for the wife of the afd Walter Jacobs on the administration of ye Estate of ye afd Christopher Dashiell
according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &c


    By Somerset County Court Ordered that Mary Nelson have an order on the Sher ^of somrset County^ for One thousand pounds of tobacco
she produceing the best peice of Linnen according to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided &c

Levin Gale Esqr Clerk of the Indictments or prosecutor of his Lordships pleas in Somerset County Court offered
to the Same Court a Certain Thomas Bluet of the County afd Gent as his deputy who was approved of he taking the
Oaths to the Government appointed by act of assembly and Subscribed ye declaration and test &c

Somerset ss:  Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the Provinces
of maryland and Avalon Lord baron of baltemore &c   To francis
Allen, David Willson, W.m Lane, and John Waters all of Somrset
County Gent Greeting know ye that we have appointed you or
any three or two of you to be our Commissioners to Examine Evidences on
behalfe of a Certain Edw.d Beachamp of the County aforesd in Relation to the
Bounds of a tract of Land Lying in the County afd Called Long Ridge we therefore
Require you or any three or two of you at some time and place as to you
or any three or two of you shall seem Convenient you meet on the afd Land
Called Long Ridge (you first having taken your oaths on the holy Evangelist of
almighty God According to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided) and
there Cause to Come before you or any three or two of you all Such Evidences
as shall be to you or any three or two of you Nominated by the Said Complainent
(or Deft if any) and that yo Examine them upon their Corporall oaths to
be by you or any three or two of you Administred on the Holy Evangelist of
Allmighty God in the Presents of the Complainent (or Deft if any) touching
the truth or remembrances of their Knowledge or any thing that may
Relate to the Cause aforesd and that reduceing the Severall Depositions into
writing you Send the Same together with this our Commission under your or
any three or two of you hands to us to our County Court of Somerset with all
Convenient Speed Wittness W.m Planner Gent One of our Justices of our said Comm
Court the twenty fourth Day of November in the fifteenth Year of our
Dominion &c Ann Domini one thousand Seven hundred and twenty Nine
