165 Shillings and Six pence Currant money to be paid the Said Rachell Esther Will.m John Elijah and Bolitha Laws their heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truly to be made we bind us and Every of us our and Every of our heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs Joyntly and Severally in and for the whole firmly by the presents Sealed with our seal and Dated the 22.d day of march anno Domini 1731 The Condition of the above obligation is Shuch that whereas the Comassary Generall hath transmitted into this Court the account of the Estate of Will.m Laws dec.d wherein it is found that there is Ball due to the abovesaid orphans the Sum of two hundred ^and fifteen^ pounds Nineteen Shillings and Nine pence Currant money if therefore the Said Joshua Sturges John Beavens and John Dennis or any of them or Either of their heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs Shall well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the afd orphans the afd Sum of two hundred and fif^teen^ pounds Nineteen Shill.s and Nine pence to be paid them according to the Will of the Said Dec.d and act of assembly in Such Case made and provided when they Shall attain to full age &c Then the above obligation to be Void Else to remain in full force and Vertue Sealed and Delivered Joshua Sturges (seal) In psents of John Beavens (seal) Jn.o MccClester John Dennis (seal) Jam.s Martin
Collier orphan of George Collier dec.d in the full and Just Sum of one hundred and Eighty Eight pounds thirteen Shillings and tenn pence to be paid unto the Said Nicholas Evans Collier his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or assignes to the which Payment well and truly to be made and done we bind our Selves our and Either of our heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs for the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our seal and Dated this 24.th day of March ann Dom 1731 The Condition of the above obligation is Such that whereas the Commissary Generall hath transmitted unto this Court the Account of the Estate of George Collier dec.d wherein it is found that there is Ballance due to the abovesaid orphan the Sum of Ninty four pounds Six Shillings and Eleven pence Currant money if therefore the abovesaid Daniel Cordery his heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall and do well and truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the above Named Nicholas Evans Collier the afd Sum of Ninty four pounds Six Shillings and Eleven pence to be paid him according to act of assembly] in Such Case made and provided when he Shall Arive at full age to receive the Same then the above obligation to be Void and of none Effect otherwise to Stand and remain in full force and Vertue in Law &c Daniel Cordry (seal) Jno Scott Francis Porter (seal) W.m Lane Joshua Porter (seal) |
