159 held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June next and do not answer unto Such matters as Shall be then & there objected against him and do not depart the Same Court without Lycence thereof and is not in the mean time of the Good behaviour to all his said Lordships good people &c
Somerset County Clerk his Security both present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to Owe to his Said Lordship the Lord proprietary the Sum of ten pounds Sterling each of their Severall Goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the Use of his said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and successors to be made and Levied If it happen the Said William Wye Jun.r do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his said Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June next and do not then and there prosecute and Give Such evidence as he Shall know on an Information against the said Will.m Horsey and do not depart the Same Court without Lycence thereof &c
whereupon a Certain William Wye sen.r and Richard Knight both of Somerset County Gentlemen present herein Court in their proper persons undertook for the Said Bridgett Colligon and acknowledged themselves to Owe unto his Said Lordships the Lord proprietary in the Sum of ten pounds Sterling each of their Severall Goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the Use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made & Levied if it happen the Said Bridgett Colligon do not make her personall appearance before the Justices of his said Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June next and do not then and there give Such Evidence as She Shall know against the Said William Horsey on an Information for adultery and do not depart the same Court without Lycence thereof &c
above upon him Imposed the Same Patrick says that he Cannot deny but what he is Guilty of the premisses above upon him Imposed and ^thereupon^ putts himselfe upon the favour of the Court whereupon all and Singular the premisses by the Court here seen heard and fully understood It is Considered by the Court here that the aforesaid Patrick Connerly pay to his Said Lordship for his fine by the Court |
