158 Should take the Said James Towensend if &c to answere &c and afterwards in somerset County Court here to witt this twenty first day of March one thousand Seven hundred and thirty one before the Justices of the Same Court Came James Towensand in his proper person and being Immediately asked how he would Acquit himself of the Premisses aforesd by the Information aforesd upon him Imposed says that of the premisses aforesd above upon him Imposed aforesd he is Guilty thereof &c Whereupon all and Singular the Premisses by the Court here ^being^ seen ^heard^ and fully understod It is Considered by the Court here that the said James Towensand pay unto his Said Lordship for his fine by the Court hereupon him Imposted for and by occasion of the Premisses aforesd whereof in forme aforesd he is Convict ten pounds of Tobacco and that the Said James Towensend be taken to Satisfie his said Lordship of the fine afd
at Somerset County within the Jur of this Court with force and arms &c in and upon a Certain James Towensend in the Peace of God and the Lord proprietary then being an assault did make and him did beat wound and Evill Intreat so that of his Life it was Dispaired and other harms to him then and there did doe to his great Damage and against the Peace &c whereof the said Levin for the said Lord proprietary Prays advisement of the Court herein the premisses &c L Gale P Ld Prop.tr Thereupon Command was given to the Sher of Somerset County that he Should take the said Roger Huggins if &c to answere &c and afterwards in Somerset County Court here to witt this twenty first day of March one thousand Seven hundred and thirty one before the Justices of the same Court Came Roger Huggins in his proper person and being Immediately asked how he would acquit himself of the premisses aforesd by the Information aforesd upon him Imposed says that of the Premisses aforesd above upon him Imposed aforesd he is Giulty thereof &c Whereupon all and Singular the Premisses by the Court here being seen heard fully understood It is Considered by the Court here that the Said Roger Huggins pay unto his said Lordship for his fine by the Court hereupon him Imposed for and by occasion of the Premisses aforesd whereof in forme aforesd he is Convict ten pounds of Tobacco and that the Said Roger Huggin be taken to Satisfie his said Lordship of the fine aforesd Whereupon the said Roger Huggins is ordered to give Security for the payment of the fine aforesd and all the officers fees |
