152 of a Certain Sarah Mackrill whereupon the Said Johnson Hill with the aforesaid John Purnall his Security both present here in Court acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Said Lordship the Lord proprietary in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterling Each of their Goods and Chattells Lands or tenements to be ^seperately^ made & Leved to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors In case the Said Johnson Hill do not from time to time and at all times hereafter acquitt discharge and Save Harmless as well the Justices of Somerset County and their Successors for the time being as also the Inhabitants of the Said County of and from all Costs Charges and troubles whatsoever for or by the reason of the birth maintainance nourishing and bringing up of the Said Child and of and from all Other Suits Charges troubles and demands whatsoever touching or Concerning of the Same &c Sarah Mackrill appears to her Recognizance and was accordingly discharged therefrom &c
was Recorded and he and his Securitys accordingly discharged whereupon the Said Thomas Duncan is ordered to Give Security for his Good behaviour and to Stand and abide the Judgmt of this Court &c thereupon ^the said^ a Certain Thomas Duncan with Thomas Fletcher his Security present herein Court acknowledged themselves to be Indebted unto his Lordship the Lord proprietary in the Sum of Fifty pounds Sterling Each of their Goods and Chattells Lands and tenements seperately to be Made and Levied to the Use of his Said Lordship his heirs and successors In case the said Thos Duncan is not of the Good behaviour during this term and Likewise if he doth not make his personall appearance from day to day during the Same Afterwards the Last day of the term Came the Said Thomas Duncan whose appearance is recorded and he and his Security accordingly discharged Whereupon the Said Thomas Duncan is ordered to Give new recognizance for his Good behaviour and Appearance at June Court next to answer a presentmt for proving a falce account &c thereupon the said Thomas Duncan with the afd Thos Fletcher of Somerset County Clerk both present herein court in their proper person acknowledged themselves Indebted unto his Said Lordship the Lord proprietary in twenty pounds Sterling Each of their Severall Goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to the use of his Said Lordship his heirs and Successors to be made and Levied In case the said Thomas Duncan do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Said Lordships County Court of Somerset to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June next and do not answer unto his said Lordship Concerning what Shall be Objected against him and do not Stand and abide the Judgmt of the Court thereupon and if ^he be^ not in the mean time of the Good behaviour to all his said Lordships Good people &c
